Cancellation & Refunds

The AAHA Cancellation & Refund Policy:

If, after you have registered and paid, you decide that your child will not play this year, you may be entitled to a refund

  • Before April 1st: Full refund minus $20.00 administration fee.  (Note that Late Fees and PayPal Fees are not refunded.)
  • April 1st to April 30th: 50% refund of fees.
  • After April 30th: No refunds.
